About Me

Michelle is a qualified makeup artist based in Youghal, Co Cork. She has worked as a freelance professional makeup artist for the past 5 years and has worked with, and assisted, some of the top names in the makeup industry.

Michelle specialises in bridal makeup, which she loves and has worked with brides from all over Ireland and other parts of the world. She has vast experience in tailoring the perfect bridal makeup look on each bride.

Michelle likes to meet with each bride a few months before her big day to trial her chosen makeup look,get to know each other and finalise times, dates and locations to ensure her wedding morning runs smoothly. "I love meeting with the brides prior to their wedding day to do their trial.Some brides know exactly what makeup look they want to go for, which is great, while others have a few ideas and are unsure which look they will decide on for their big day. I am happy to reassure them that's what a trial is all about.I am more than happy to try out a couple of different looks until my client is completely happy. Hair and makeup are such an important part of the wedding day for the bride and it's my job to ensure they feel their most beautiful once I have done their makeup".

She has done shoots for VIP magazine, assisted at the L'oreal Colour Trophy in Dublin and assisted at London Fashion Week for renowned makeup artist Lan Grealis. She has also assisted one of Ireland's top makeup artists Danielle Mahon at the Gok Wan Fashion Brunch in Dublin. She is based in Youghal but frequently travels to: Cork, Waterford, Killarney, Kilkenny, Inchydoney and Tralee. She is available to travel nationwide on request.

Occasion Makeup and Classes: Michelle also does occasion makeup and is regularly booked up for grads, birthday parties, hen parties and other social events. Feel free to contact her to book in advance of your special occasion.

She also provides one to one makeup lessons for teenagers, women who are looking to up-skill their own makeup techniques, or women that are in the makeup/beauty industry that are looking to up-skill.
